Our services in Criminal Law focus on protecting the rights of both suspects/defendants facing criminal charges and victims of crimes from the very beginning of the process. During the investigation phase, we represent suspects, managing the interview and interrogation processes and challenging protective measures. As victim/complainant representatives, we initiate the criminal complaint process, ensure effective file monitoring, and file necessary objections to decisions of non-prosecution.

During the prosecution (trial) phase, we develop an effective defense strategy for defendants before the Criminal and High Criminal Courts of First Instance. As victim/victim representatives, we meticulously navigate the legal process to prove the crime and recover damages. Following the trial, we pursue the case through all legal avenues, particularly appeals and cassation, to preserve decisions favorable to our clients or to overturn those unfavorable to them.
