Employee and Employer Rights

Labor Law is the branch of law that regulates the employment relationship between employers and employees, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the resolution of disputes arising from this relationship.

Labor law is a dynamic legal field that aims to protect both the continuity of production and the rights of employees by regulating the employer-employee relationship, which forms the foundation of working life, on a fair basis.

At the individual level, it covers rights such as wages, overtime, and annual leave from the moment of employment; modern workplace issues such as mobbing and discrimination; and issues such as notice and severance pay that arise after the termination of employment.

It includes preventative consulting services such as drafting and updating employment contracts, monitoring the legal compliance of working conditions, and ensuring the proper legal management of notice and termination processes.

In the event of a dispute, it aims to effectively defend our clients' rights, from mediation to reinstatement and claims litigation.
